Due to the nature of our services—which include immediate access to our proprietary threat analysis platform and the upfront activation of an annual cyber insurance policy on your behalf—we have a firm no-refund policy. All fees are non-refundable.
2. Annual Subscription & Billing
All CyberMitra.ai subscription plans are billed annually. When you subscribe, you are committing to a one-year subscription term and are required to pay the full annual fee at the beginning of that term.
This annual commitment allows us to provide our services, including continuous protection and insurance coverage, at the best possible value.
3. Cancellation Policy
While we do not offer refunds, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
What happens when you cancel?
- No Further Charges: Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next annual term. You will not be billed again.
- Continued Access: Your access to the CyberMitra.ai protection plan and your active cyber insurance coverage will continue uninterrupted until the very last day of your current, pre-paid annual subscription period.
We believe in providing the full value of the service you have paid for. You can cancel with the peace of mind that your protection will remain active for the entire duration of your term.

We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for subscriptions cancelled mid-term. The annual subscription fee is for a one-year period of service, and cancelling early does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the term.
