Demo Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance Welcome to CyberMitra. By accessing our platform and submitting your contact information, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our security awareness simulations, which may include simulated Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email attacks ("The Service").

2. Nature of the Service CyberMitra is an educational platform designed to demonstrate Social Engineering vectors.

  • Simulations: You acknowledge that The Service will generate communications that mimic malicious actors (e.g., scammers, hackers).
  • Content Warning: These simulations may use urgent, alarming, or deceptive language (e.g., "Account Blocked," "Arrest Warrant," "OTP Required") to realistically test security awareness.
  • No Real Threat: You understand that these communications are entirely fictitious and no actual account, legal status, or financial asset is at risk.

3. User Representations & Anti-Fraud To prevent abuse and harassment, you strictly agree to the following:

  • Own Data Only: You warrant that you are the sole owner of the phone number, email address, and voice data submitted.
  • No Third-Party Testing: You are strictly prohibited from using this Service to target, prank, harass, or test any individual other than yourself.
  • Violation Consequences: Attempting to trigger simulations against non-consenting third parties will result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Authorization of Channels By submitting your details, you grant CyberMitra and its technical providers explicit permission to contact you via:

  • Voice: Automated AI-generated calls (Vishing).
  • Messaging: SMS and WhatsApp messages (Smishing).
  • Email: Simulated phishing emails.
  • Biometrics: If applicable, processing voice samples to generate AI voice clones for demonstration purposes.

5. Data Privacy & Retention

  • Temporary Processing: Your contact details and voice data are processed solely for the purpose of executing the requested simulation.
  • Deletion: All uploaded media (e.g., audio files) and generated clones are programmatically deleted from our servers after the simulation concludes.
  • Third-Party Processors: We utilize trusted third-party providers (including but not limited to AI voice labs, telephony gateways, and email dispatchers) to deliver The Service. Your data is shared with them strictly for transmission purposes.

6. Liability & Indemnification

  • Waiver: You hereby release CyberMitra from any liability regarding emotional distress, anxiety, or confusion caused by the realistic nature of the simulations.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CyberMitra harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your violation of these Terms (specifically Section 3 regarding ownership of contact details).

7. Carrier Fees & Limits

  • You acknowledge that standard carrier rates (SMS/Data/Voice) may apply to receiving these simulations.
  • CyberMitra reserves the right to limit the number of simulations per user to prevent system abuse.
